Supporting our Community and Those in Need
January 9, 2024
Safety, Integrity, and Dedication to Serve – These are the core values that CCI holds strong to and are a guiding light on how we conduct ourselves individually, and as an organization. With these values as our guide, throughout the year CCI gives to various local and national organizations. As we move into 2024, we reflect on 2023 and how we’ve been able to live up to our values. One of the ways we do this is through donations to charitable organizations that represent to speak to those values.
Safety – Safety First & Respect for All
Thank you to the local Columbus Police and Fire Departments, and Beaver Dam Police Department for your continued support, community involvement, and your partnership in safety education. In particular, special thanks to “Boomer” of the BDPD K-9 Unit (pictured) who visited our facility recently for a safety presentation, which was a true highlight of the year. We would also like to thank Ann Johnson (UW Healthcare) for her recent presentation on heart attack awareness and heart health, and recognize St. Mary’s Hospital of Madison, WI for its position as an industry leader in the field of cardiology. We were honored to learn about the direct impact our product provides to such an important field.
Integrity – Honesty, Trust, Honoring Commitments, & Accountability
The Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) is an organization that holds all members accountable to high standards of practices, while educating and advocating within and for the chemical industry. CCI is proud to continue our decades long history as a member and active participant in the ACD program.
Dedication to Serve – Serving Customers, Each Other, & our Communities
There are many local organizations that CCI supports and would like to recognize; NICC (Neighbors In Constant Care), Blessings In A Backpack, and the Columbus/Fall River Food Pantry to name a few. Blessings in a Backpack and the NICC Foundation not only support local residents with necessities ranging from food to housing but are best known for their work supporting children with school supplies and winter clothing, and organizing Christmas giving campaigns.
CCI is grateful for the work that these organizations do and honored to be part of their causes. We look forward to wonderful 2024!
